Very interactive website that allows you to see the VSEPR theory in action!  We do it in class with a booklet to deduce how lone pair valence electrons affect the shape of covalent molecules.

This is an excellent simulation to understand the basic subatomic particles and their role in how the periodic table is arranged, the formation of ions, and the concept of isotopes.  We do it in class as a computer lab, but you can always review it on your own!
